FOR THE WOMAN WHO DRESSES I wanted to create a garment which embraces self-discovery, empowerment and fragility within females. I intended to create a garment which just exudes confidence and empowerment for females and make them feel like the best versions of themselves. This project was inspired by the 'A seat at the table' album by Solange , which evokes empowerment and fragility amongst females. The design inspiration orignated from the work of Molly Gooddard and her use of lightweight organza and and tulle.
